Nic Ferraro is an internationally experienced customer, product, commercial and marketing leader with some of the largest companies across Australia, APAC and Europe including Telstra, nbn, Alcatel and O2 Telefonica.
Previous to Pia, Nic led customer, products and marketing for one of Australia’s largest MSPs. He is passionate about developing wonderful products that enable and empower MSP’s to focus not only on delivering great service to their clients, but also introduce automation in a simple and efficient way to help drive people and commercial led outcomes.
Nic lives in Wollongong, near Sydney, Australia, with his family. In his spare time, Nic is kept busy by two kids under 4, and enjoys travel, great restaurants and is an avid sport, and especially football (soccer) fan.
Tim Coach is passionate about MSPs, helping them to take their business to the next level. Over the last two decades, he's worked in all facets of the channel, from service desk to COO, and consulting with MSPs to help them achieve the next goal in their vision. At Pia, Tim is focused on bringing new technology to relieve the burden of current labor issues and to help increase the efficiency of a single employee to an entire department.
Tim lives in Kansas City, Kansas with his family. In his spare time, Tim is active in the veteran community and enjoys collecting bourbon, eating BBQ, and riding his motorcycle around the United States.
