Devin leads Product Managers on the SaaS Protection product team, while placing heavy emphasis on delivering capabilities that provide significant value to MSPs and their end clients. In his 3+ years leading the SaaS Protection product, there have been many new updates. These include the first native Teams backup in the market and the SaaS Protection 2.5 release that included simplified pricing, a new two-step purchasing process, and intuitive management. The latter release recognized SaaS Protection as a finalist for the 2020 CRN Tech Innovator Award in the “Cloud Data Protection / Disaster Recovery” category.
He has worked in the technology sector for the last 11 years, and all with SaaS-related technology. The first 8 years were spent at a company (CaterTrax) that specialized in catering management software for foodservice contract companies. Like his goals with Datto, he was focused at CaterTrax on increasing revenue opportunities and margin for users of the platform via continuous product improvements. Devin has spent the last 3 years with Datto, and specifically the SaaS Protection product.
